You are subject to the limitations and rules of the merchant whose gift card or e-gift card you select. GCD is not responsible for any restrictions or terms and conditions of any merchant gift card or e-gift card.

GCD is not responsible for merchants that are no longer in business or that change their location(s). GCD is not responsible for the actions, products, or content of any merchant.
